Finances under control:
your roadmap
Three months — and every month you see reliable numbers on time. After that, you grow to whatever depth you choose. Below is the full ladder: what the packages include and what you can add when you are ready.
Stage 1 · Implementation — 3 months, fixed price
The result: a month-end close you can trust.
We deploy the system. You see a snapshot of your company in BAS.
- —Audit of 20 accounting areas — based on data, not words
- —Project goals: what level we grow each area to
- —Reference data, balances, line items — in the system
- —Transaction map: how every operation flows through the books
We run a real month of your business with our own hands.
- —Bank, cash desk, invoices, payroll — everything in the system
- —Final income and expense line items approved
- —Test close: balances match the bank to the cent
- —Payment process: request → approval → payment
The close works as a process — not as a heroic effort.
- —Your team is trained and enters data on its own
- —Week and month close checklists
- —The full set: P&L, cash flow statement, balance sheet
- —Who is responsible for what — documented (RACI)
How we measure progress
Every accounting area (cash, sales, payroll…) grows along a single scale. You see the movement every quarter.
Stage 2 · After implementation — the depth is your choice
At minimum, we hold the level achieved and close each month. Want more — we grow the areas. Below is what you can already activate.
The result: reports. Every month closed on time, numbers you can trust.
- ·Month close by checklist, on the target date
- ·P&L, cash flow statement, balance sheet + receivables/payables
- ·A weekly cash summary
- ·A monthly call to walk through the numbers
ongoing · areas held at level 2
The result: you understand where you earn and where you lose — and you manage it.
- ·Margin by business line, project, client
- ·Payment calendar: what we pay and when, gaps visible in advance
- ·Variance analysis: why the numbers are what they are
- ·A quarterly review with an area progress map
3–9 months · active areas grow to 3, priority ones to 4
Available in the Management package — ask us at the quarterly reviewThe result: you look ahead. Plan, budget, scenarios — CFO level.
- ·Plan vs. actual across the company, with variance analysis
- ·Funds and budgets: money separated by purpose
- ·A one-year financial model with three scenarios
- ·Dividend policy and strategy sessions
+3–9 months · areas grow to 4–5
Available in the Planning package — the level companies hire a €4000–8000/month CFO forYour areas: where we start and where we're going

What we need from you
- 1. Access and data before the start — bank (view-only), statements, current spreadsheets, your accountant's contact. Project speed = access speed.
- 2. Two short meetings a week in months 1–2 (30–45 minutes each) + decisions on the 'homework'. If your side stalls, the timeline shifts — a fair rule in both directions.
- 3. Sign-off at checkpoints — at the end of each month we review progress on the area map and confirm the move forward (an email is enough).

Each item is its own page: what it is, what it looks like, and what it gives you.
Let's start with a diagnostic
A light diagnostic across 20 control questions takes one meeting. You get a scorecard of your current state and a clear view of what to fix first — before any contract.
