BAS Digital

Outsourced CFO

An add-on service on top of BAS ERP: the team — operator, financial analyst, CFO — runs management accounting on your system’s data. Three months in, you see reliable numbers on time every month.

*

An add-on to BAS ERP. The system already collects warehouse, sales, bank and documents — the team works on top of this data, so the numbers in reports match your database. Added as a separate subscription to any package.

System plus team

BAS ERP gives you the tools. Outsourced CFO gives you the people who use those tools to keep the books and hand you decisions, not spreadsheets.

On your dataWarehouse, sales, bank and documents are already in BAS — the team doesn’t re-collect source documents, it works with what’s there.
A team, not one personOperator, financial analyst, CFO and IT in one subscription. No single point of failure, no risk of a key person leaving.
Separate subscriptionAdded to any BAS ERP package. The price depends on transaction volume and depth — we quote after a short conversation.

Implementation: three months, fixed price

The result is a month-end close you can trust. Each month ends with a checkpoint: you review the numbers and confirm the next step.

1
Month 1PreparationWe set up the system. You see a snapshot of your company in BAS.
  • Audit of 20 accounting areas — based on data, not words
  • Project goals: the target level for each area
  • Master data, balances, line items — in the system
  • Transaction map: how each operation flows through the books
CheckpointYou log in and see your company — accounts, balances, counterparties.
2
Month 2Live monthWe run a real month of your business with our own hands.
  • Bank, cash, invoices, payroll — all in the system
  • Income and expense items approved
  • Full set: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet
  • Payment process: request → approval → payment
CheckpointThe month’s numbers are on the table — and you say “that looks right”.
3
Month 3Trusted closeThe close works as a process — not as a heroic effort.
  • Your team is trained and enters data itself
  • Weekly and monthly close checklists
  • Test close: balances match the bank to the cent
  • Who is responsible for what — documented
CheckpointThe month is closed on time, reports are reliable. We move to ongoing support.

How we measure progress

Each accounting area — cash, sales, payroll — moves up one scale from 0 to 5. You see the progress every quarter.

After implementation — depth of your choice

At minimum, we hold the level achieved and close the months. Want more — we grow the areas further.

Ongoing support

  • Month-end close by checklist, by the target date
  • P&L, cash flow, balance sheet + receivables and payables
  • Weekly cash summary

Ongoing · areas held at level 2
Analytics and management

“Management” package

  • Margin by business line, project, client
  • Payment calendar: cash gaps visible in advance
  • Variance analysis: why the numbers are what they are
  • Quarterly review with an area progress map
3–9 months · areas grow to 3, priority ones to 4
Planning and growth

“Planning” package

Result: you look ahead. Plan, budget, scenarios — CFO level.

  • Plan vs. actual across the company with variance analysis
  • Funds and budgets: money separated by purpose
  • One-year financial model with three scenarios
  • Dividend policy and strategy sessions
+3–9 months · areas grow to 4–5. The level companies hire a CFO for at €4 000–8 000 a month.

What we need from you

Three conditions without which the timeline doesn’t hold.

1
Access and data before the startRead-only bank access, statements, current spreadsheets, your accountant’s contact. Project speed equals access speed.
2
Two short meetings a week30–45 minutes each in months 1–2, plus decisions on “homework”. If your part stalls, deadlines shift — a fair rule in both directions.
3
Sign-off at checkpointsAt the end of each month we review progress on the area map and confirm the next step. An email is enough.

What you get to keep

Methodology tools — not slide decks, but working documents your accounting runs on.

Let’s start with a diagnostic

A light diagnostic of 20 control questions takes one meeting. You get a scorecard of your current state and a clear view of what to fix first — before any contract.
