View the originalThese Terms of use govern the rights and obligations between BAS Digital s.r.o., Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město (Praha 1), 110 00 Praha, IČO: 23533072 (hereinafter the "Provider") and its customers.
I. Introductory provisions
These terms govern the provision of the Provider's services, in particular in the fields of software, consultancy, data processing, automation, training and related activities. Deviations are permissible only by written agreement of the contracting parties.
II. Contractual relationship
The contractual relationship is established on the basis of the customer's written order and its acceptance by the Provider. All offers, price lists and supporting materials of the Provider are for information purposes only and are non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
III. Prices and payment terms
Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the date of issue, unless agreed otherwise. In the event of late payment, the Provider is entitled to claim default interest and to suspend the provision of services.
IV. Deadlines and terms of performance
The stated deadlines are indicative. The Provider is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
V. Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights remain with the Provider. The customer acquires only a limited, non-exclusive right of use. Any distribution, copying or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.
VI. Warranty and claims
The warranty is governed by the applicable legislation. Claims are to be submitted by e-mail to s@basdigital.cz, together with a description of the defects and evidence thereof.
VII. Liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the fees actually paid for the service concerned. The Provider is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or consequential damage.
VIII. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Personal Data Protection Policy (GDPR), which forms an integral part of these terms.
IX. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The invalidity of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The terms are effective from 23 September 2025.
