Client hub:
all the work in one window
A personal portal for your project: what we're doing, where the roadmap stands, what was agreed at meetings, where the reports are, and when the month is closed. It opens in a browser, available to you and your team at any moment — no need to ask anything in a chat.
What it looks like
The overview page shows the status, project health (an honest traffic light), the team with a 'contact' button, and your side's contacts with roles: who makes decisions, who is on daily contact.
Eight sections — the whole kitchen of the project
Agreements no longer get lost
Every meeting leaves a trace: who attended, what was decided, who owes what and by when. A month later there's no 'but we agreed otherwise' argument — there's a record.
Participants: the owner, PM, assistant, the BAS team. Decisions: the payment calendar is the owner's main tool; tax and payroll requests entered through year end; the assistant's access configured.
Some operations are handed to the client's assistant; training deadline — 30.06, from 01.07 they run the database on their own. Who is responsible for what is on record.
Close status — you can see whether your month is closed
The Closes section shows every week and month with a status. No 'we're closing something over here' magic — only explicit states:
The 'Closed' status is a promise: this period's numbers will no longer change retroactively. If something in the past had to be corrected, you learn about it explicitly, from the immutability check.
What it gives you
- The hub is a young product and fills in gradually: for some clients, the Areas and Improvements sections are still empty. The core (overview, roadmap, meetings, files) works.
- The hub shows statuses and agreements but doesn't replace the reports themselves — the numbers live in the weekly/monthly and in the accounting system.
- The portal is exactly as useful as we are disciplined in running it — that's why filling the hub is built into our procedures rather than left for 'when there's time'.
The portal opens together with the project
From the first week of implementation you have a link, a login, and the whole picture of the work. It's part of the BAS Digital standard, not a paid option.
