The list of sub-processors that BAS Digital s.r.o., as processor, engages in providing the BAS Digital Service (the mobile application and the web application app.basdigital.cz), under Article 6(1) of the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). As at the effective date of the DPA, it corresponds to Annex C of the DPA.

1. Hetzner Online GmbH

  • —Address: Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany
  • —Activity: server hosting and storage of Service data (all Modules)
  • —Location of processing: EU
  • —Third-country transfer: none

2. Anthropic, PBC

  • —Address: 548 Market Street, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA
  • —Activity: recognition of document data (Scanning Module) and generation of answers (Assistant Module) using artificial intelligence models
  • —Location of processing: USA
  • —Third-country transfer: standard contractual clauses – Module Three (processor to processor) – under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, included in Anthropic’s contractual terms
  • —Data is not used to train models.
  • —Under Anthropic’s terms, inputs and outputs are normally deleted within 30 days; longer only in the exceptions set out there (in particular enforcement of its usage policy or legal obligations).

3. Changes to the list

We inform the Client by e-mail at least 14 days in advance of any intended engagement of a new sub-processor or replacement of an existing one. The Client may object within 14 days of the notice. The procedure is governed by Article 6 of the DPA.
