What tasks the module solves:

What tasks the module solves:

  • Mass data loading: Instant import of hundreds or thousands of items: products, contracts, orders, price quotes, or payment transactions.

  • Seamless integration with external systems: Receive data from suppliers, partners, marketplaces, or legacy systems, even if they don't have a ready-made API. Exporting to a file is sufficient.

Key functionality:

Key functionality:

  • Configurable loading templates (mapping): Flexibly configure the mapping between fields in the external file (e.g., column "ProductCode") and fields in BAS (e.g., "Product Code"). Create a template once — use it repeatedly.

  • Built-in data validation: The system checks uploaded data for errors: incorrect formats, empty mandatory fields, duplicates. Problematic rows are flagged for correction before import.

  • Automatic creation of BAS documents: Data from the file is not only loaded into directories but can automatically create specific documents: incoming invoices, bills, customer orders.

Result for your business:

Result for your business:

  • Huge time savings: Loading a catalog of 10,000 products or a daily bank statement, which previously took days of manual work, now takes minutes.

  • Minimal errors and typos: Elimination of human error when transferring data from spreadsheets, emails, or CRM systems.

  • Accelerated business processes: Data from suppliers or external accounting systems enters BAS and starts working almost instantly.

  • Lower integration barrier: You don't have to wait for external service developers to create an API for BAS. It's enough to receive regular file exports from them.
